How much does a renovation cost on average?

Count on $225 to $350 per ft², depending on the finishes and materials chosen. Our “time and materials” model ensures that you only pay for what’s actually done each week, with no surprises and no budget overruns.

Do I have to leave my home during the work?

Not necessarily. We install effective protection (blue mats, dust filters), clean up every evening, and isolate worksite areas so that you can stay in place comfortably throughout the work.

What if I want to change my mind mid-construction?

No worries. Our weekly system allows you to modify your choices at any time: we simply adjust the next invoice with the actual time and cost of new materials, without additional administrative costs or major delays.

Does Davana handle building permits?
