Any questions?
How long does a typical project last?
Depending on size: small bathroom 3-6 weeks; kitchen 6-12 weeks; floor renovation 2-4 months; extension 4-8 months. The exact deadline will be given after plans and approval of materials.
What's the difference between an architect and an interior designer?
The architect designs the envelope, structure and compliance. The interior designer selects fittings, materials, colors, lighting and ergonomics. We work as a duo to achieve a coherent result.
Does the design service include help with materials selection?
Yes. Pallet of finishes, countertops, floors, ceramics, hardware, faucets, lighting, paint, fabrics; with technical data sheets and references.
Do you work while we live here?
Yes, if the perimeter is suitable. We plan sequences to minimize noise, dust and interruptions to essential services.
When do I need an architect?
For transformations affecting the structure, the envelope, large surfaces, or requiring a formal permit. We advise you on the right level of services (architect, engineer, technologist) depending on the scale of the project.
