Any questions?

If you can’t find yours, give us a call!
Do I have to replace all my plumbing when renovating?

Not always. Decisions depend on the condition and age of the network.

  • We inspect piping for leaks, corrosion, pressure and obsolete materials.

  • Where appropriate, we replace with modern materials (e.g. PEX/copper), add shut-off valves and water hammer arrestors.

  • Upgrade drains and vents; check water heater and main valve.

  • Objective: long-term reliability and easy access for maintenance.

What to do in the event of damp or water under the slab (basement)?

We treat the cause and manage the water pressure.

  • Diagnosis: inspection of cracks, moisture tests, verification of external slopes and gutters.

  • Internal solutions: internal drain (French drain), sump with sump pump, membrane/vapor barrier under coating, injection (epoxy/polyurethane) into active cracks.

  • External solutions: foundation waterproofing and perimeter drain where available.

  • Network protection: installation or upgrading of a non-return valve to prevent sewer backups.
Every home is unique: we propose a plan with priorities, budget and written guarantees.

Which countertops for the kitchen?
  • Quartz: durable, easy-care.

  • Granite: natural, heat-resistant, requires sealing.

  • Laminate: economical, varied, less resistant to impact/heat.

  • Wood/butcher block: warm, regular maintenance (oil).

How long does a kitchen renovation take and what are the key stages?
  • Design & orders (1-3 weeks): survey, plans, choice of cabinets, countertops, fittings, electrics.

  • Preparation (1-2 weeks): area protection, controlled demolition, plumbing/electrical corrections, levelling.

  • Installation (1-3 weeks): cabinets, countertops (including lead time), sink/faucets, backsplash, finishing and commissioning.
Tip: any relocation of sinks, gas ranges or islands is planned in advance to avoid unexpected costs.

How do you ensure a long-lasting, mould-free bathroom?

The key: waterproofing + ventilation + finishing details.

  • Certified waterproofing membranes on walls and floors, correct slope to drain, flood test of shower tray before tiling.

  • Fan sized and ducted to the outside (timer/hygrostat recommended).

  • Appropriate joints (suitable mortar/epoxy if necessary) and sanitary silicone at transitions.

  • Faucets and thermostatic mixing valves comply with standards; access to maintenance hatches.
