How does your first response to damage work?

An emergency team arrives within two hours to secure the site, cut off power supplies, pump out water or remove burnt-out materials. We draw up a photo report, estimate the extent of repairs and plan the next steps with you before starting the full restoration.

How much does restoration work cost?

Every disaster is unique, and the price depends on dewatering, decontamination and replacement of materials. After the initial estimate, we itemize the cost by phase: securing, cleaning, rebuilding. You pay week by week, only for the work actually carried out.

How long does it take to restore the house?

Stabilization (pumping, dewatering, debris) takes 2 to 5 days. Reconstruction varies: two weeks for a room, up to three months for an entire floor. A clear schedule is given after the assessment, and we validate progress every Friday.

How do you deal with my insurer?

Yes, we prepare estimates, photos, daily reports and communicate directly with your insurance company. You avoid the paperwork; we represent your interests to speed up acceptance of the work and ensure that every repair is properly covered.

How can you prevent the problem from recurring?

Beyond simple replacement, we identify the cause: infiltration, drainage, faulty electricity. We install membranes, dampers or backflow preventers, bring electrical systems up to standard and improve ventilation. Your home emerges healthier and safer than before the disaster.
